STMA is a transformative mentorship and personal development academy for young Nigerians. It is designed to equip participants with the mindset, skills, and tools needed to thrive spiritually, mentally, and professionally.
STMA is for young people aged 16–30 who are hungry for growth, clarity, and impact. Whether you’re a student, creative, entrepreneur, or emerging leader, this program is built to elevate you.
The theme for Cohort 2 is “Reset. Refire. Relaunch.” It’s designed to help participants reflect, renew their inner drive, and re-enter life with clarity and boldness.
Cohort 2 kicks off in July 2025 and runs for 8 weeks.
The full registration fee is ₦20,000.
STMA Cohort 2 will be fully virtual, allowing participation from anywhere in Nigeria (or the world).
